What we collect
When you register: first name, surname, email address, phone number (optional), investor type and the indicative amount you may consider. Your marketing choice is stored with your registration. With your consent, analytics cookies collect technical usage data to measure how this page and our advertising perform — see the cookie settings page.
Why we use it
To manage your expression of interest, send you a confirmation email, and send you the Information Memorandum when it becomes available (steps you have asked us to take). If you tick the optional box, we will also send occasional Tandem company and investment updates until you unsubscribe. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Taking steps at your request prior to any potential agreement; your consent (optional updates, analytics cookies), which you may withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interest in operating and securing this page.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us: our form and contact-management provider (HubSpot), email delivery, and — only with your cookie consent — analytics and advertising-measurement platforms.
